On Campus

Holding a bone marrow donor registration drive at your school is an amazing and rewarding experience. Every person you register is another possible chance to give a patient fighting a blood cancer like leukemia or lymphoma a second chance at life. We’ve already teamed up with hundreds of schools across the country with amazing results: 126,336 registrations, 3,829 matches and 405 bone marrow donations.

Register as a Bone Marrow Donor

College students make the best donors. You’re young, healthy and engaged—qualities that promise a better outcome for a patient in need. It only takes minutes to sign up and swab your cheeks to register on your campus. Or register online and we’ll send you a swab kit to complete your registration in the comfort of your dorm room.

Hold a Campus Drive

Your team, club, fraternity/sorority or group of friends can help save lives by hosting a registration drive. You pick the time and spot and we give you everything you need to promote the event and register new donors—at no cost to you or them. After the drive, we tell you how many people you registered and, over time, how many of them go on to save lives!

Volunteer With Us

Volunteers are our lifeblood. We hold nearly 3,000 registration drives a year at campuses and in communities across the country and their success depends on how many people we have to help. It’s a great way to do good and look great on your resumé.

Blood Cancer 101

• In the U.S., blood cancer kills more young people under the age of 20 than any other disease.

• 70% of all patients in need of a transplant must find an unrelated donor.

• Blood cancer as well as about 70 other diseases can be successfully treated with a stem cell or bone marrow transplant.

• Studies show that college-age donors offer patients the best chance at long-term survival.

It's a chance to make a difference

Do it! We all want to leave the world a better place, and planning a bone marrow drive is one way to touch the world in a positive way.

It's easy and rewarding

Delete Blood Cancer was absolutely great. They laid out the entire timeline of things that needed to be done and really guided me through the process.
